District Clerk Office: Asst Chief Deputy Duties included Administration, Budgeting, Records Department- Implemented   Digital Imaging 0f court orders.

As Bexar County Records Manager : Developed Records storage system for the New Records center 2001- First full time Appointed Records Manager for Bexar County, Responsible for Records Center upkeep, Budgeting , County Office Records Management approximately offices stored records there for 40 County Offices.





​I believe my work experience in working for Bexar County the past 27 years qualifies me for the County Clerk job. For the past twenty years worked as the first full time Records Manager Manager appointed by Commissioners Court. Responsible for all county Records stored at off-site Records Center, staffing budgeting and reporting to Records Management Committee . seven years working for the District Clerk office as Asst Chief Deputy responsible for the budget, supervising employees and records.


I was born and raised up in San Antonio and attended Winston Churchill High School and attended UT Pan American University with a B.B.A. in Marketing. I am blessed with a marriage of 40 years with wife that works as a health care worker and son who is a practicing doctor.


My wife and I have two chihuahua’s named Romo & Juliet as part of our family. I am also a veteran served three years in the Army and one year in at the 90th Army Reserve ARCOM here in San Antonio, Tx. As a conservative Republican, I am running for Bexar County Clerk as a Conservative Republican to bring transparency and fiscal accountability to the office and would like your support and vote.
